31 Things To Do In July

1. Lose 15 pounds

2. Make my loan payment.

3. Pay my cell phone bill on time.

4. Get an A on a CNA abbreviations test.

5. Figure out my Blackberry.

6. Spend more time with my friends.

7. Read at least 40 minutes a day.

8. Stop Drinking soda.

9. Have some “me” time, where I am just alone, nobody around for at least 10-30 min a day.

10. 700 rep.

11. 1500 posts.

12. Get an oil change.

13. Fix my breaks.

14. Get more hours.

15. Text people reminders of how much they mean to me, at least twice a week.

16. Buy Wii Fit

17. Walk at least 15 min a day.

18. Go to sleep before midnight every night.

19. Help at least 3 people.

20. Cut down on my portions.

21. Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.

22. Clean my room.

23. Buy a scale.

24. Write a letter to someone who means the world to me, and not send it to them.

25. Run another contest.

26. Be an active level 4, while being careful about my health.

27. Start taking vitamins.

28. Yet again, I want to get myself into blogger, I want to blog at least 3 times a week.

29. Work with trust issues on William.

30. Think of 30 things to do in August.


Today, June 30th 2010

Today, I decided that I was going to take a step out into the world, and get myself my own cell phone plan. I need to stop clinging to the parents for every little thing that I need. I have a job, and I make enough money to cover some expenses, so I figured why not? I got a Blackberry Tour, it is quite AMAZING lol. I LOVE it. It is so freaking nice.

But yeah, Tomorrow, July 1st 2010, marks my starting date. I’m going to start working out atleast 15min a day. Walks especially. I am thinking I will be getting up early in the morning, instead of sleeping in all the time, and taking a little walk. This will help start my day. I am also going to be buying fresh fruit tomorrow. I can never get enough fruit, but I hate the process of preparing it. I figure this way, I will be able to make my food, so it will taste even better while eating it for breakfast, or a snack.

I have also decided that I am going to quit drinking soda, it has a lot of empty calories, and I consume WAY to much of it at work. I can just as easily grab a cup of water as I can soda.

I have yet again decided to cut out all fried foods. I love them WAY to much to eat them. Nothing good can come from greasy fatty food.

This is pretty much it. I want to make a shout out to Karen, something as simple as pimping my blog out makes my day. Thank you so much!

Working on myself.

So lately, I have been thinking about myself, and how I look to myself. I decided that I want to change. Not to lose weight, but to be healthy, and the only way I can do this is if I am organized, and I think blogger will help me. If you wanna help, I would appreciate it, I love to listen to people’s feedback.

First, I am going to start by waking up every morning at 8am. I work nights, so waking up early will help me better myself. Then I am going to take a shower, because imo, looking your best for that day is a great way to get yourself motivated.

I work Wednesday through Sunday, and go to school on Monday’s, and then I have clinicals on Tuesdays. So my time is very limited. I will try my best to work out during the week, and I am currently thinking of idea’s to help me along the way, so if someone is reading this, and has some good ideas, please share them, I would be GLAD to listen to you.
