Working on myself.

So lately, I have been thinking about myself, and how I look to myself. I decided that I want to change. Not to lose weight, but to be healthy, and the only way I can do this is if I am organized, and I think blogger will help me. If you wanna help, I would appreciate it, I love to listen to people’s feedback.

First, I am going to start by waking up every morning at 8am. I work nights, so waking up early will help me better myself. Then I am going to take a shower, because imo, looking your best for that day is a great way to get yourself motivated.

I work Wednesday through Sunday, and go to school on Monday’s, and then I have clinicals on Tuesdays. So my time is very limited. I will try my best to work out during the week, and I am currently thinking of idea’s to help me along the way, so if someone is reading this, and has some good ideas, please share them, I would be GLAD to listen to you.

  1. Sounds like a crazy schedule! I know allllll about those having a 4 year old son AND a full-time overnight job. Finding time to work out isn't easy but even a 15 minute walk here and there is better than nothing at all!

  2. Yeah, I walk all the time at work, but it just isn't enough. I want to walk more.

You should get a pedometer, you might be surprised by how much you are walking at work... and also, if you arent walking enough it will give you incentive to walk more, you should be aiming to walk a minimum of 10,000 steps per day, which with your crazy schedule you might not be able to do but every little counts. Good luck with your goals, and your 31 things in July :o)
